Overview:

Song Long Joint Stock Company was founded to meet the growing demands for factory and warehouse facilities for the growing economy of Vietnam. As a family company, we have grown into a midsize company owning and managing over twenty warehouse and factory buildings in and around Ho Chi Minh City.

We build our own buildings on our own land. We manage our buildings and lease them out to customers with space requirements for manufacturing facilities or warehouse facilities. We have domestic customers but most of our customers are international companies from countries such as Japan, Sweden, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.

The company is in the middle of a major expansion. We are expanding our inventory include a third group of buildings comprising of eight identical buildings located in Uyen Hung ward, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province. Most of of the eight buildings are occupied and we are looking for partners for the non-uccupied buildings.

Products: The company buildings are grouped in the three locations:

·         SL1: Eleven buildings located in quarter 4, An Phu ward, Thuan An district, Binh Duong province. The buildings are varied in sizes from 1000m2 to 2000m2.

·         SL2: Nine buildings located in Uyen Hung ward, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province, 32km from Ho Chi Minh City. The buildings are varied in sizes from 1800m2 to 2400m2 with 162m2 office space, located in lots of 3400m2 in size.

·         SL3: Ten buildings located in North Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province, 3km from Tan Uyen industrial park.  Under construction, first building will be available at the end of 2016.
